Hello! My name is Dean Gower.  I established VIP Carpet Care in 1995.  We currently serve the Metro Atlanta area.  My start in this industry was not entirely planned though.  You see, I was a Sargeant in the U.S. Army and I served for 8 1/2 years.  In 1994, after completing my final tour of duty, my wife and I settled down here in Georgia  (I'm originally from Los Angeles, California...talk about a long way from home!).

After readjusting to civilian life, I began work as a diesel mechanic which is what I did in the military.  In 1995, by chance, I was introduced, through a mutual friend, to a gentlemen who owned a carpet cleaning company.  He offered me a job.  That in a nutshell was my introduction to the carpet cleaning industry.  It was pretty much love at first sight.  I loved navigating the city, meeting new people, and putting my problem solving skills to good use in the customers homes.  After 5 months or so with that company, I struck out on my own and started VIP Carpet Care.

Since then, we have expanded our services to include Upholstery and Leather Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning/Sealing, Dustless Wood Floor Refinishing, Carpet Repairs, Fine Area Rug Cleaning and more.  We service both residential and commercial.  VIP is family owned and operated, and drug free.  The majority of our business comes from repeat and referral clients.  Because of this important fact, we do everything possible to ensure you are thrilled with our service.

Dean Gower - Owner/IICRC Master
Cleaning Specialist

Dean Gower and his wife KimBerly have been married since 1987.  They have 3 beautiful daughters.  He has been in the carpet cleaning industry since 1995 and is a Master Cleaning Expert with certifications in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Odor Control, and Carpet Repair.  He also has extensive experience in Wood Floor Refinishing, as well as Tile and Grout Cleaning.  Dean is also an IICRC Certified Leather Cleaning Technician, one of only a handful in the state of Georgia.  He has worked for professional athletes, musicians, politicians, well known celebrities, as well as probably the most critical clients of all - the lady of the house.  Dean's focus is on thrilling the customer and in return, establishing a long term, mutually rewarding relationship.  He guarantees VIP Carpet Care's work 100%.  "Give us a try and if you're not thrilled, you don't pay!" 




Villerreal Miller - Technician/Assistant

Villerreal (pron Vill-er-real) Miller came on board with VIP Carpet Care in 2006 (We call him Villa, like Vanilla).  He is a fine young man - that's why he's with VIP.  Villerreal is actually Dean's nephew.  As a matter of fact, he served as ring bearer at Dean and KimBerly's wedding back in 1987!  He is married with 2 beautiful daughters.  Villerreal attended Morris Brown College and was Assistant Manager at a large grocery store chain before joining VIP Carpet Care.  Villerreal brings to the company a stupendous work ethic and a super positive attitude.  He is currently undergoing the certification process to become a Master Carpet Cleaner.
